A Bit About Me
I’m an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor with over 15 years of experience helping people through some of the most challenging moments in their working lives.

With a background in the trade union movement, I’ve supported thousands through complex issues; grievances, disciplinaries, discrimination, performance plans, sickness absence, and more. I know how stressful and isolating these situations can be.
Why Do I Coach?
I get energy from it. I enjoy supporting people so that they know and own their worth. Having faced injustice personally, I have a real drive for fairness and parity. When working as a Trade Union official I empowered my clients though coaching, with great impact and effect.
I don’t just coach from theory,
I coach from lived experience.
I’m here to help you feel more confident, clear, and in control.
Professional Background
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with senior managers across public and private sectors, coached young people in the justice system, supported nurses in advocating for themselves, worked at national strategic level within the trade union movement.
While the environments have varied, the core principles remain consistent:
leadership starts from within.
When individuals understand their behaviours, recognise their impact on others, and take ownership of their growth,
transformation folllows.

Coaching & Mentoring Style
I offer a supportive yet challenging environment where clients can explore their strengths, gain insight, and realise their potential. My work is rooted in emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and inclusive leadership.
I use a blend of creative methods, reflective exercises, and powerful questioning to help clients break through old patterns and build the confidence and resilience needed to lead effectively.
What Sets Me Apart
I don’t just coach from theory, I coach from lived experience.
As a young professional promoted into leadership, I encountered challenges navigating complex dynamics and the pressure to “get it right”.

Coaching was instrumental in helping me find clarity and become a more effective, self-aware leader.

Later in life, my ADHD and dyslexia diagnosis gave me profound personal insight and reframed how I understand leadership, performance, and neurodiversity.
This experience enables me to support clients, particularly neurodivergent professionals, in navigating their own challenges with empathy, strategy and authenticity.

Outside Of Coaching
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors; horseback riding, mountain biking, or paddleboarding. I’m also passionate about the arts, especially live music and comedy.
I’m deeply committed to my own growth journey and believe that leadership is a lifelong evolution requiring both self-acceptance and the courage to embrace change.
