As an executive leadership coach, I work with leaders at every level, from aspiring managers to senior executives and whole teams, to help unlock potential, build confidence and lead with authenticity.

My approach is rooted in the belief that true leadership begins with self-awareness. Growth happens when we:

Alongside coaching, I may also bring in elements of mentoring where appropriate, drawing on my experience and proven frameworks such as APR, EPIC, PER, and MECE to provide practical tools and strategies for success.

I draw on a range of evidence-based methodologies including GROW(TH), FUEL, and CLEAR coaching frameworks, as well as insights from Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and guided visualisation.

​

My approach blends creative methods (such as metaphor, self-battery charge and recharge planning), reflective exercises (like strength analysis and personal SWOT) and powerful questioning (reframing, “holding up the mirror” and playing devil’s advocate) to help clients break old patterns and step into confident, effective leadership.

​

This dual lens, personal insight and coaching expertise, enables me to translate neurodivergent challenges into actionable strategies. I integrate tools such as the APR, EPIC, PER, and MECE frameworks, mindset work, habit loops and habit stacking, the prioritisation matrix, and the 80/20 principle to help clients work with their brains, not against them.

These tools help create the clarity, focus and mindset shifts needed to help move my clients forward with purpose and impact.
